Suburb! It’s the definition of a hole-in-the-wall and who wouldn’t want that? The street tacos are incredible! Probably the best in Fort Wayne. Rice and beans are just right for the platter. Sad to have to pay for chips and salsa, but you know what? It was worth every penny as well. Would I buy it every time? No way. I’m too cheap for 5.79 for a plate of chips and salsa. But they were amazing. Definitely a top spot and highly recommend. Bit on the pricey side.

The Famous Taco offers 10 catering. I had them cater a party for 30 people in my home this past Saturday. Not one person there had ever tried their food. Now I have an entire neighborhood that can't wait for the SW location to open. Food was fantastic, one of the best I've had in Fort Wayne. Working with Martin, he was able to put together a menu that met all my guests appetites and more. Three different Tacos - carne asada, carnitas, and chicken fajita's - with all the toppings. Add rice, beans, chips, salsa, guac & queso; it was an excellent meal. We even asked for someone to make the Tacos at my party. Elizabeth was a gem, my guest loved her. She was pleasant, social and made Tacos as the guest request. I will most definitely have them cater my next Taco party. Thank you Famous Taco for making a party a success.

The service is top notch and the food is just as good. All kinds of tacos and general Mexican fare. I really enjoy the steak tacos. My son loves their beef tacos. Rice and beans is solid too. Son scarfed my beans and rice before I could take the pic! They have great daily specials too. Wash it down with a Mexican coke! SUNDAY IS 1.99 TACO DAY!

I sampled a variety of tacos at The Famous Taco, along with their rice, beans, and a drink, and everything was exceptional! The steak, chicken, barbacoa, pastor, and carnitas tacos were all seasoned to perfection, with each bite showcasing bold and authentic flavors. The sides of rice and beans were delicious and tied the meal together beautifully. I was just visiting and stopped in, and this place left a lasting impression. Highly recommend!

I’m from Phoenix, Arizona and my family and I came here to eat dinner. I enjoyed the steak taco platter. It was fresh, made from scratch and tasted delicious! We enjoyed our dinner!

You can’t beat this spot for their 1.50 taco specials on Sunday and Tuesday! Super friendly staff, very generous portions of meat in the tacos. My husband and I have tried the carnitas, shredded chicken, grilled chicken, ground beef, and chorizo tacos and they come with fresh cilantro, onion and lime. For 5 tacos it was 11.50. The ground beef was my husbands favorite but I loved the shredded chicken best as far as flavor. Would definitely eat here again, especially on their taco special days!

My kids love the Famous Taco. It was one of the first digs we found in Fort Wayne and they stay asking for it. The tacos are well seasoned and I appreciate their wide drink selection.
